Biography
Justin Plescha is an Associate Attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Criminal Justice from Baylor University in 2017. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2020 from Texas Tech University Law School, and concurrently earned a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech Rawls School of Business. Mr. Plescha was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2021. He worked for Texas Legal Aid, and then as an Assistant District Attorney for Comal County. Mr. Plescha handles both municipal prosecution and general counsel work for local government entities.
