Biography
Kelsey Hanson is an Associate Attorney. She joined the Firm in 2026 and is a resident in the SanAntonio office. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hanson served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas from 2019 to 2026.
During her tenure as an Assistant Attorney General, she represented state agencies and state officials in civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Ms. Hanson gained first chair experience in bench trials, administrative hearings, and appellate briefing across multiple divisions of the Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Hanson currently handles civil litigation in state and federal courts on behalf of governmental entities.
