Biography

Paloma C. Flores is an Associate Attorney who joined the Firm in 2025. Ms. Flores earned multiple degrees from the University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, Texas: Master of Health Science in 2018, Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of General Studies in 2017. She earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas in 2023.

Ms. Flores was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2023. She served as a Federal Law Clerk for Magistrate Judge Karen Betancourt, and for Hon. J. Phillip Hays of the 99th District Court of Texas. She is experienced in State and Federal Civil Appeals, State and Federal Civil Trials, Civil Rights, Litigation, Constitutional Litigation, Texas Tort Claims Act Litigation, Municipal Law and Municipal Prosecution. Ms. Flores is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
