Biography
Andrew Joseph 'AJ' Fitzgerald is an Associate Attorney who joined the Firm in 2026. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Appalachian State University, Boone, North Carolina in 2021, and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2024. Mr. Fitzgerald was admitted to both the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of North Carolina in 2024. He is experienced in state and federal employment litigation, including civil rights and constitutional law, employment discrimination, qualified immunity, and appeals. Mr. Fitzgerald is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
