Tommy has won multiple cases before the Texas Supreme Court, as well as the Fifth Circuit and state courts of appeal. In addition to his law degree, Tommy holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Post-Graduate Diploma (the UK equivalent of a US Master's level degree) in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University, and a Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University.
