Sameer joined the Firm in 2017. Sameer was born in San Antonio and grew up in Houston. He has been interested in Local Government Law since his time at Harvard Law School, where he took several classes in Local Government Law and was Co-President of the Forum on Local Government. Prior to joining the firm, Sameer was a law clerk to Judge George P. Kazen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, an in-house attorney at a New York City agency, and worked as a consumer protection litigator.
