Our Client WorkSpace is a secure, controlled access Internet site (also known as an extranet) which is only available to designated users. It allows us to work privately with clients who have projects involving multiple parties and/or complex transactions. Think of it as an online conference room where our clients can meet with our attorneys, or work in the room separately at a time convenient to them. Files can be posted, edited, added to, and worked on by multiple parties, and all changes to the project can be tracked for later reference.
Our Client WorkSpace is an effective way of cutting down on wasteful copying and faxing of documents, hunting through email history, and telephone time spent scheduling meetings and project reviews. Each project has its own private space that is only accessible to the people involved in that project. It's all part of the firm's value-oriented approach to serving our clients.
